• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Who opened a Ticket for what?

Hi there,

Since it seem's Parallels Support doesn't read this forum at all, i would like to know which of you guys opened Tickets for the common Plesk 9 Problems right so, i.e. : queue file write error with postfix, mailman not working, localhost.localdomain stuff in virtual.db and so on ...

So far i opened 2 Tickets, for skin/permissions (i wonder no one recognizes that you can't limit your customers to specific functions only) and for the mailman bug..

I guess this could help so we don't need to open a lot of tickets for the same cases..also i would like to know what kind of responses you got from support. As far as i can say, they didn't do much, at least from my point of view.

regards,

Markus

i have a ticket about domainkey in qmail not working.

answer: will be fixed in a version after 9.0

I noticed that the interface templates section is now gone, so effectively all of the time I spent customizing the UI and which buttons can be shown and which options on each page can be shown makes me mad
