Why does "proftpd.include" reset itself every night?

I keep trying to set the FTP timeout to be longer, but it keeps blanking out my configuration file! Is this a Plesk problem? Is there a way to turn this off? If not, I'll likely have to do a cron job that overwrites it every night. Kind of stupid. :-(
