Resolved Why http to https not redirect?

I have concern issue my website a few months ago convert HTTP to https. I want both services like HTTP and https.
Only my homepage redirect HTTP to https. For Example: if type HTTP or www.clippingpathoutsource.com then automatically https convert like which is okay, but another page not work. Example if I type www.clippingpathoutsource.com/services automatically go to my index page.

If I need to go services page I have to type full address like Image Processing - Clipping Path Outsource - Clipping Path Outsource why?

But I want to every page automatically https if type www, http or not it will work.

you need to change over main server configuration file not over .htaccess
