• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Hi there

I read with ELS (what i don't have) it's supported until July 1, 2025... but it dont have ELS? Don't understand TBH...

Thank you for your feedback(s) :)

Essentially, this means that Debian 10 will reach EOL on June 30, 2024 and security patches will no longer be provided directly by the vendor, which might result in vulnerabilities. With ELS Plesk will continue to deliver full-scope product updates and technical support You can find instructions on how to get the Extended Lifecycle Support extension here:

The other option you may consider is to upgrade your server(s) to a newer Debian version.

thank you very much for your feedback.

BUT: i've got the last plesk update maybe ~1 week ago - so that means my virtual server provider provides Plesk with that "ELS" option...? (i never read about that from my provider).

We do also get some updates for the one server that still runs on Debian 10. (without having ELS)
But I think these are "only" updates for the Plesk packages (like new Plesk releases or extensions), but not for all the OS packages that are normally provided by Debian itself.
