My host, mediatample, decided to add Vituozzo to my Plesk 7.5 reloaded setup. Why? I do not know.
Now that Virtuozzo is running, clients cannot log into the administration area of Plesk. (http://www.mysite.com:8443) They enter their username and password and are redirected to the login page again.
I have narrowed down the facts:
1. This is occuring only with Internet Explorer.
2. Using IE, I can succesfully login to the administration area with the master "admin" account.
3. Using Firfox, the admin account and all client accounts can succesfully login.
Using Firefox for my clients is not an option. This is a large city government and a mass upgrade to firefox is not possible.
I hope someone has an answer.
