Issue Windows Server 2016 DataCenter (Plesk)

Hello friends, I have a question. I'm installing Plesk Obsidian on Windows Server 2016 DataCenter, but it's stuck in Wordpress Toolkit and it's been like this for 5-6 hours, is it normal? I left it open yesterday but it has been stuck in the WordPress Toolkit for 10-15 hours. I can also access the site with its own Applications installed, but it still has not finished the installation.

did you inspect autoinstaller3.log at C:\ProgramData\Plesk\Installer\
?
are there some errors there ?
