Did you read Migration Guide? Migration from Plesk for Windows to Plesk for Linux is impossible.

Theoretically you can create the same domain on Plesk for Linux as on Plesk for Windows and move content and settings for this domain manually.

just out of curiosity - could you tell what have required you to move a site from Windows to Linux? These platforms provide quite different capabilities
