Wizard returns to first page

Hi,

The server is Ms Windows 2003 R2 + Plesk 8.2 with latest hotfix + Licenced Sitebuilder 4 with latest hotfix.

When any user tries to edit/create his/her web site via Site Builder wizard, choosing design goes Ok but after adding the web pages, when you try to edit pages then applying changes, the wizard returns to the first page. This makes impossible to work with sitebuilder wizard.

Is there anybody who know the possible issue and fix ?

you know - after edit step there goes preview step

can you check in Admin Panel if preview of sites is working?

Very strange behavior. Please call our support team to resolve this problem.

p.s. If you didn't modify Sitebuilder configuration files - you can check "Application idle timeout" settings of Sitebuilder Application Pool in IIS. Sometimes server admins sets there very small value. So when you test Sitebuilder installation - asp.net working process dies and you lose your session.
