WordPress Installation Was Previously Detected At This Path But It Is Not Operating

New Pleskian
So I wanted to migrate a wordpress site from another host to Plesk.
I created the database and uploaded the files (httpdocs>subfolder) but some features of the site were not functioning properly.
Then I thought of starting from scratch instead by installing wordpress application from Plesk panel.
After which, I deleted all files from previous upload and after everything was clear, I installed wordpress.

However, I get the error: WordPress Installation Was Previously Detected At This Path But It Is Not Operating

I cannot access the wordpress dashboard because the wordpress manager is not showing up in the plesk gui.

I also checked installations and the only one there is /httpdocs.

But when I clicked applications under smb/web/view, I found the previously uploaded folder (that no longer exists (httpsdocs/subfolder)). If I click detach, i get confirmation that it is detached but when I check again, the installation of that subfolder is still there.

(I tried doing the fix specified here: https://kb.plesk.com/en/120347 but the user has no access at all, even if I can edit files in the phpmyadmin. If I try to grant access, I get "Job type does not recognize. (Near "GRANT" at position 0)"

Any help is much appreciated.
