  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

wordpress installs not operating properly

TobiasP

Regular Pleskian
Since around MU40 about half of the wordpress installations are "not operating properly" according to the wordpress toolkit.

OS Debian 7.11‬
Plesk version 12.5.30 Update #45, last updated at Aug 29, 2016 05:37 PM

This is how it looks:
upload_2016-9-5_20-21-21.png
unfortunately no specific error messages. (are there any logfiles that I could look into?)

rescanning for wp installs and checking for updates did not solve the problem.
curiously only about half of the installations are affected I cannot see any common property, they are all WP 4.6 and also running on fpm php 7.

in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log I could find:
[2016-09-07 03:46:58] ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed ['/opt/psa/admin/bin/w pmng' '--user=****' '--php=/opt/plesk/php/7.0/bin/php' '--' '--path=/var/ www/vhosts/*****/wp' 'core' 'info' '--format=json' '--check-up dates=true'] with exit code [245]

Does anyone have an idea?

I manually updated the wordpress plugins of these installs and then did a sync with each one. which helped with some but I still have fully updated WP installs that are displayed like in the OP.
