  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Wordpress Scan not seeing install of WP 4.1.1?

yabado

Regular Pleskian
So I have a client using Wordpress 3.6, so the scan does little good.

I update the Wordpress to 4.1.1 and do the Scan again. Plesk cannot find the updated install of WP still?

What is going wrong and how can I fix this?

Hi,

We could not reproduce this issue on our internal servers, so this seems to be a problem specific to your Plesk installation. I suggest filing a support ticket to our support team to solve it. If this is indeed a bug in Plesk, you will be refunded the ticket cost.

Looks like it has it listed now. Maybe the daily automated scan caught it and the manual run did not?
Either way, all is good now. Thx.

Glad to head the issue is resolved. Yes, it's quite possible that automated scan in daily maintenance script has found your WP instance.

BTW, we've made a lot of fixes and changes for WP Toolkit in Plesk 12.1. If you can check them out and let us know what you think, it would be great.
