• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Wordpress Site causing 504 Bad Gateway on 11.5.30

New Pleskian
I am hosting about 10 WordPress sites on 11.5.30 Update #20 CentOS 5.10. I recently upgraded from Plesk 11.0 and have been having an issue with one of the WordPress sites. It randomly causes nginx to give a bad gateway 504 error that never goes away unless I reboot the server, the apache service or run httpdmng --reconfigure-all. Any of those fix the issue but after a few hours or days its back and the customer is telling me the site has been down for a few hours. I am trying to figure out if this is an issue with my server or an issue with this WordPress install that is causing the issue. Anyone got any ideas?
