Issue wordpress toolkit cant create direcory...

Hi have a plesk ony 17.0.17 #24 with wordpress toolkit 2.0.3
when go to update wordpress installation from wordpress toolkit, return error can´t create directory.
revised all files and directories permissions but cant see wich is the problem, and cant upgrade.

pls. let me introduce you to the "Plesk Repair Utility" : => Plesk Repair Utility

If the possible repair options don't already helped to solve common issues/errors/problems and misconfigurations, pls. don't forget, that people willing to help you need some facts from logs, command line outputs, or/and configuration files in order to be able to investigate issues... the information "error can´t create directory" is really not very much and leaves too much possibilities to investigate your root cause.
