• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

globalmcs

Regular Pleskian
A large number of our WordPress installation are unrecognized by the toolkit and are showing as "\httpdocs" instead of the domain name and they are showing the following error. It appears that the unrecognized installation were updated to WordPress 4.4, we still got a few domain showing properly and those are running Wordpress 4.3.1

{"err_code":40001,"err_message":"Unable to read or execute files from WordPress root directory: E:\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\domain.com\\httpdocs\/"}
{"err_code":40003,"err_message":"Unable to read or execute files from wp-admin\/includes directory': E:\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\domain.com\\httpdocs\/wp-admin\/includes"}
{"err_code":40004,"err_message":"Unable to read or execute files from wp-includes directory: E:\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\domain.com\\httpdocs\/wp-includes"}
{"err_code":40005,"err_message":"Unable to read or execute files from wp-content directory: E:\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\domain.com\\httpdocs\/wp-content"}

Please advice

The KB article has been updated with a link to a patch for this issue:

https://kb.odin.com/en/127725

I can confirm it fixes the problem on Plesk 12.5 for Windows and Wordpress 4.4. I applied the patch and then had to run a "Resynchronize" operation on each of the affected WP sites.

I glad to inform you that the issue is fixed in recently published Plesk updates: Plesk 12.5.30 MU#15 & Plesk 12.0.18 MU#72
Please check KB article for details: https://kb.odin.com/en/127725
  1. Install latest Plesk microupdate.
  2. To restore integration with affected instances do the following:
    Go to Home > Wordpress and click "Check for updates".

Sorry, but it seems that the MU#72 does not fix all problems.
After click on "Check for updates" a lot of WP 4.4 furthermore shows \httpdocs.

Jepp, same here with Plesk 12.0.18 Update #72 at CentOS 6.5.
After updating to 4.4 the wp-update info shows only /httpdocs insted the domain-name.
At abonnement-level of domains, plesk shows this not readable error-page at Word Press installations:
