Issue WordPress Toolkit having issues accessing WP installation packages (for non-English languages?)

For the last few weeks, WordPress Toolkit on my Plesk server can't update WordPress core for Croatian (hr) installations, however it works as always for English sites.

This is the error I'm getting: "The following errors have occurred while updating WordPress instance #33 ('https://domain-protected.com'): - Error: Neuspješno preuzimanje. Updating to version 5.9.2 (hr)... Preuzimanje ažuriranja sa https://hr.wordpress.org/wordpress-5.9.2-hr.zip..."

As you can see, the download link is dead so that is the issue: https://hr.wordpress.org/wordpress-5.9.2-hr.zip

This happened for 5.9.1 and if I recall, 5.9.0 as well, so it is a long-term problem if not fixed.
