Wordpress Toolkit not working

Hello. I have a clean installation of Parallels Plesk on my server, and I installed wordpress on two of my domains. I'm scanning for installations through Plesk Admin, and it shows two installations with empty name and the toolkit is not functional at all. Check the attached screenshot.

Any advices?

Do you have any related errors in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log ?

I went to wordpress toolkit again, and for some reason names show up now.. Not sure what happened.

Although there are no errors in that file regarding wordpress.
