PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
When you scan for a new WordPress website using the WordPress Toolkit, nothing is found.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
ACTUAL RESULT
Scanning for WordPress websites was performed and there's no WordPress site found.
EXPECTED RESULT
The WordPress site should be added to the WordPress Toolkit
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
While you're at it: the WP Toolkit used to find installations in the .trash folder. I can't tell if that's still the case but I don't think it should do that?

- Open the WordPress Toolkit
- Detach a WordPress website from the WordPress Toolkit
- Remove the file .wp-toolkit-ignore
- Perform a new scan
- WordPress Toolkit didn't find a new site

The WordPress site should be added to the WordPress Toolkit
