Wordpress update not being recognised by Plesk

Hi to all.
A customer installed Wordpress via Plesk Panel when he bought the hosting plan. Some days ago he updated his Wordpress version from 4.1.1 to 4.3.1 trough the internal updater in wp-admin.
The problem is that the Control Panel still have the "Update now to version 4.3.1-119" advice and when I select it i receive the error "Internal error: SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: no parameters were bound" (see the attached sshot).

How can I solve this kind of issue?

Have you tried to click to suggestion for searching in Knowledge Base? There are several articles about this error message.

I don't know why last time i used this solution it returned that everything was ok. Now it gave me the right output. So I followed the instructions and it worked.
