Question wordpress which files to copy

Hi
I am wanting to move a wordpress website from one domain to another
I want to move the whole httpdocs folder and overrite the httpdocs of the new domain with the old website contents so I don't have to recreate the website from scratch and install all the plugins.
Are there some files that I shouldn't move accross or will it work if I set up the same users in the new wordpress website to be the same as what the users are in the old website.
I can access the files in Plesk and I am using Filezilla to transfer the old website content from my computer to the new website files in plesk.
