work with statistics (traffic usage)

Helo, everybody.
Can you help me with my problem, please.
The problem is that a reseller can see the statistics of traffic (statistics / traffic usage) until such time as his profile has been created.
For example, if the Plesk panel was installed on September 21 of 2010, and a reseller were created in March 2011, resellers can view usage statistics from the traffic of 21 September 2010 year. We want that resellers could see statistic (traffic usage) only from the moment when his profile was created (from March 2011).
It would be better if resellers could see statistic (traffic usage) only from the moment when his profile was created.
Am I right?!?

I see this problem too... Can it be fixed somehow from admin side (in psa database, or in some config file)? Or it's hardcoded to plesk? (My = 9.5.4)
