Resolved WP-Toolkit wp-cli-bundle commands

Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.50 Update Nr. 2
Hi guys,

I'm using "WP All Import" a wordpress plugin for importing posts or in my case woocommerce products.
WP All Import provides a cli command for importing via cli.
The big issue is, the following error:
Error: 'all-import' is not a registered wp command. See 'wp help' for available commands.

The command has to be executed by wp-cli-bundle, do I have to set a parameter for this seperately?
It seems only wp-cli will be used...

WP Toolkit version: 6.1.3-7115

Thanks and best regards
Philipp

Figured out WP-CLI class does not exists.
The plugin checks
PHP:
if (class_exists('WP_CLI')) {
    WP_CLI::add_command( 'all-import', 'PMXI_Cli' );
}
But the class itself doesn't exists.
How plesks wp-tk is integrated?
