Write recursive rights on files / folders

Hello,

I have a concern during the installation of PrestaShop.
I created a subdomain through Plesk, put my files on my server via FTP.
During installation of PrestaShop, I have a problem:
Recursive write permissions for the Apache user on the ~ / config /

My user is "NOWIS" and my group is "psacln"
I have never had before worries.
I think the user "NOWIS" has no rights as "Apache"

Someone to advise me?
