wrong apache server name error pages

hi,

I have multiple domains on the server. on any domain if a 404 error is shown there is always one (the same) domain shown as server name. Message: Web Server at domain.com?

the ServerName is correct set in the httpd.conf and the server.conf in the plesk section? could anyone tell me how to fix this?
