Wrong Update ... Nothing works

Hello everybody.

I have an 1und1 root server with Plesk 7.5.4 .....
Inside the Plesk is an Update Funktion. This was Used. The Problem: Not the Update for 7.5.4 was installend, only the update for 8.1 ..... Now PLesk is not Working.
My Provider tell me i have to make new the komplett Server. This is not possible. I have tryed to start over the shell also the Automatic Update. It Starts an after 2 Files Download he breaks because he cann not find the File.... He is searching a file with name xxxx8.1 ... So. I have a mixed installation of 7.5.4 and 8.1 .....
