you doubt with control panel

hello, did my provider make available the panel plesk 6.5.2 (windows). And I would like to know if it has control panel for the subdominios and how to access it ?
I also would like to know if there is, when I create it, to access through only of the number ip (ex. http://67.18.97.18/site)
