  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Yum installers for FFMPEG and FLVTOOL2...

Managed to update my server to the latest PHP release via a Yum installer and did so without breaking anything or blowing things up.

I need to install FFMPEG and FLVTOOL2 to support one of my website components and was wondering if the same installer/repository is available for these two items. I am running CENT OS 5 on my system.

(Here's hoping that "atomicturtle" rides to the rescue on this one!)

Thanks!

Unfortunately this is one of those patent encumbrance/license issues that prevents it from being distributed. RPMFusion is the only outfit I know of that does it, but I don't believe they do packages for EL5. You could probably just compile their src.rpms though
