Question yum update for system updates?

Plesk version and microupdate number

from System Updates, Plesk says that "All packages are up-to-date", but with "yum update" I see many packages to update (awstat, libbsd, libc-client, libidn2, lua-socket, php-imap, pigz, webalizer, zstd) from epel repository, and oniguruma from PLESK_17_PHP80 repository
Is it ok to use yum update?

Yes, you can safely update with yum: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...k-and-by-system-package-manager-are-different

Maybe it is related to third-party onigurma repo, because according to Change Log for Plesk Obsidian

EPEL repository is now required and will be automatically enabled for PHP 7.4, 8.0, 8.1 on CentOS 7/RHEL 7/CloudLinux 7/RHEL 8/AlmaLinux 8/CloudLinux 8/RockyLinux 8
