Hi all
I am having issues listing directories when connecting via FTP. This only happened recently.
I can see that a connection has been established but I get a Time Out when trying to list the directory files.
This is across all sites on a single VPS so it must have been an update
I am...
Hey @Ignacio Cerro
I had the same issue. Re-enabling the extension will not work. You might need to try uninstalling and reinstalling. Once you reinstall, you need to set it up again as per scratch. At least this worked for me and DropBox seemed to remember most of my paths and previous backups...
Hi @websavers
I was hoping your post had more replies. Possibly there are other threads on the same topic.
Agree completely re. the Plesk pricing increase and now the Dropbox extension moving to a paid service.
Heading into 2019, we've decided to review all our Plesk subscriptions and have...
Quick update to this in case it helps anyone in future.
I didn't have a backup of the database but I did have a partial backup of the file system on the server.
Within the directory structure and somewhere similar to var > lib > mysql > subscription-name
Within this, there are a series of...
Hi Peter
Do you mean the backup which backs up to FTP storage and/or Dropbox?
I am and actually backup the site daily. But I discovered something interesting regarding backups (which I have yet to verify).
When Subscription A uses a database stored in another Subscription B and does a backup...
I foolishly deleted a subscription and database which I desperately need to retrieve (somehow).
Luckily I do have a weekly backup of the server's file system which I can browse.
I am unclear though as to the best place to find a downloadable .sql file as the server structure is large.
I can...
Hi guys
I had a few scheduled backups to FTP go wrong and they didn't complete.
It looks like *some* of the backup data may have been dumped in
/var/lib/psa/dumps/
and
/var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/
Looking at these folders, I see a whole bunch of files. Trying to figure out what's essential...
Hi guys
My Dropbox extension has started to fail with the following message
Failed to Execute: '/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup' domains-id --output-file='/usr/local/psa/var/modules/dropbox-backup/domain.com.tar' 40 2>&1
Output: Runtime error: Unknown error from pmmcli

Hey @IgorG
Can you please show me where in that upcoming release it refers to Plesk handing Googles indexing of preview URLs?
My sites are still being penalised by Google for duplicate content and preview :8443 preview URLs are getting indexed.
Thanks
Guys - it doesn't look like this is fixed or implemented yet?
The URL which Ivor provides doesn't mention any bugfix for this.
Just noticed that some of my sites are being indexed twice and accordingly being hammered by Google for duplicate content so this is a relatively urgent fix.
Hi guys
Have a new VPS. Plesk (v12) is new to me too.
When setting up webspaces, I have to take note of admin passwords. There doesn't seem to be a way within Plesk to view the passwords I have already setup.
IE I can only reset them - not view passwords I have already set.
Thanks
Hi guys
I've always hosted on shared hosting but recently upgraded to a VPS and am running Plesk 12.0.18 (Update #33).
Previously I had a way of sending a client a link to the site before the DNS and domains propagated.
Usually, this was in the structure of
http://IP-Address/webspacename.tld...
