Yes, I did see that, thanks, but Plesk licenses are expensive enough already without adding another 50% for support.
As I've moved it to another server site I will just delete the site on the old server.
Shame as this might have helped to iron out this problem for future releases, but never...

Thanks for your response. I tried to do that but it seems I cannot as my Plesk license is purchased via a reseller.
I guess I will have to ask them to look at this, so based on previous experience this problem will never be solved.

Thanks for the response. The client and site are active at all levels.
This is the problem (see picture) - the mail service is set to "Disable incoming" and no amount of changing that in the GUI or command-line has had any affect.
I moved them to another server, which worked...

I've run the instances-auto-update.php and it has identified a problem with a particular site on one server.
Maybe that's what's causing all the problems!
I will take this up with our web designer tomorrow as it seems to be related...

Today we received one email for one subscription requiring wordpress updates.
I've run through manually and there are 10 subscriptions that need wordpress updates. But we received an email for just one of them.

The notification settings are set correctly, in that customer digests are set to notify the customer with a copy to ourselves.
As I said, we do get the emails, but only sporadicly.
Could it be that customer digests are only sent periodically and aren't...
Any thoughts anybody?
We're once again checking the Plesk servers manually and finding they've not sent us emails telling us there are wordpress updates available.

We have Plesk Toolkit configured and it sometimes sends us emails regarding the updates required for each website.
However, I have a web designer telling me it's not sending emails for all the updates that are required for each site, ie the Plesk Wordpress Toolkit says there are x updates...

I ran the above commands and whilst it said "no errors fixed" the output from the head command was different after running the repair command, and I've just seen a bounce message in the logs - 4.2.2 Mailbox full;

I have a subscription that contains lots of mailboxes, all set to a 1 Gb limit.
One of the mailboxes is over that 1Gb limit but still receives email!
The subscription is set to no overuse, but has to be set to unlimited disk space, so the subscription is not disabled when one mailbox...
