The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
I finally found a solution to this so I thought I'd post it in case others have a similar experience. The Crontab shell was set to /bin/bash (chrooted) in ools & Settings > Scheduled Tasks > Settings.
Shoutout to Plesk support for coming up with the solution!
It's set to Forbidden.
Logically speaking, if it weren't the initial domain (not cloned) with have those directories visible as well. They only exist in the cloned version.
My work around was to
tar the Wordpress directory
dump the dB
delete the domain
add the domain back in Plesk
upload the...
I figured out what what causing this...if you use Plesk WordPress toolkit to clone a site...it adds all of the chroot directories and symlinks. Plesk - are you aware of this?
Hi! I have two domains that were added in the last couple months - and both have unusual vhost directories. In addition to the standard directories (ie httpdocs, logs) - they have server level directories (dev, etc, var, usr, tmp) and symlinks to bin, lib, lib64, sbin). Is this something...
Wanted to follow up incase anyone else has this question someday. There is no difference between the subscription based versions of Plesk and the ones with the old licenses like I have (annual SUS). For unlimited domains, it costs less to maintain your SUS. But if you have 30 domains or less and...
Yes - they are the ones who sent the link to the SUS page. I also talked to someone on tech support chat who...gave me the same link. Must be in their customer service 'playbook'.
I've had a Plesk unlimited license for MANY years...one of the original ones. I currently only host 25 sites, and don't have resellers.
My current license is probably overkill. It looks like the WEB PRO EDITION would handle everything I need. Other than having no reseller accounts, and fewer...
I'm having a similar problem. On a daily basis I get reports of the swap usage reaching it's max, then within a fairly short time period it goes back to normal. Like @Vik P the server is used to host a similar number of WordPress sites.
My actual RAM is 2GB and I had a swap file (installed by...
I have a dozen or so WordPress sites hosted on my server. I'm using PHP 7.1.18 with nginx. I've noticed that if I change the settings on an individual domain (ie post_max_size, upload_max_filesize, etc) it has absolutely no effect. Uploading images in WordPress still show the wrong file sizes...
Thanks @flash5k. Yes - it is correct in Service Plans. And yes - the subscription is attached. But it still doesn't update for the client. I even tried deactivating and reactivating the client.
I've increased the amount of disk space in the service plan through Business Manager. Even though it has apparently synced, it is not reflected in existing subscriptions. What can I do to resolve this?
