If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Hello Rasp,
The first thing that springs to mind is that the parent domain name ("cut.com" if it is indeed the domain name you're using and not an example) is in the list of prohibited domain names (a feature that prevents a malicious actor from intercepting other people's mail on shared...
Hey there )
Judging by the screenshot you've provided I think that you may have custom Power User view enabled in Plesk. It is meant to reduce clutter on the screen, but it hides a number of features usually available on the Tools & Settings screen. Can you please try logging in to the server...
Hello TayfunA )
Looks like the following Plesk KB article fits the bill. Just a friendly reminder - it always pays to do a quick KB search before posting, as it can save you time waiting for an answer from the community (plus you get to feel like an "I can do it!" dude/dudette).
Judging by the error message, you are using the "Quick Preview on a domain name in Plesk" option, which does not work if the selected domain name (dltmonemvasias.gr) does not resolve.
[root@ppu12-5 ~]# host dltmonemvasias.gr
Host dltmonemvasias.gr not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Go to Tools & Settings...
Hello batikiotis,
You can use the "Website Preview" feature - it allows you to share a preview link that works anywhere in the world, even if the domain name does not resolve.
Hello cozmik,
Sorry to hear about your situation ( Having your service interrupted with no clear cause sure is a bummer! This being said, unfortunately, the community is unlikely to be able to offer much help. Plesk does not host any websites. It is a tool freepgs bought from us to manage their...
Hello Out2lunch,
It looks like you're stuck in Power User view. There's a button named "Change View" in the bottom left corner - click it, and then click "Switch to Service Provider view". I think it should help :)
Glad to hear that the upgrade went smoothly :) As for checking the license's compatibility with Onyx - unfortunately, I can't help you there - wrong department (sorry!). Just talk to the licensing support gals following the link in my previous message, they'll sort you out :)
Hello D4NY :)
Glad to hear that you're considering an upgrade :) By the way, why not go the whole hog and upgrade to Plesk Onyx, our latest and greatest release? You can read about it and its many amazing features here.
As for the license, in short, if you have a lease license (one you pay for...
Hello Wes :)
We've published an article a while ago detailing the process of securing WordPress with Fail2ban. It can be found here - give it a look, perhaps it will shed some light on your conundrum :)
Hello there :)
While it is hard to say what's wrong with the server from the screenshot alone, it looks like the system is unable to find some file it is looking for, so it might be worth a try using procmon to troubleshoot the issue. This being said, this is purely an IIS issue (as in, it is...
All I can say is that this being the default behavior makes absolutely no sense to me. It must be a bug of some kind. I did some searching and asking around - apparently, this is not a common issue, so no clear-cut solution has been forthcoming so far. I can recommend to wait for the word from...
