Thanks for your response. We did find that MelbourneIT has the NS set wrong and we're awaiting a reply. But on the theduncaneffect.com, I'm getting a preview from the panel but online is shows up as a HeartCore default page. Are you seeing the one on the right? Thank you for the help.

I'm trying to view webstats and it requires authentication but it is not clear where to set up the credentials even when I am in the UI. I've set up Users but that doesn't work either. Anyone know where or how to solve this? Thanks in advance! Plesk 12 for Windows Windows Server 2012 R2

My issue is that installing Wordpress into a domain, the needed log in files are not found. I checked in the domain files and noted that the log in file is not in that directory. There isn't documentation in the Guide about WP. Has anyone else had this problem?
