cannot configure FTP repository

kbtech

New Pleskian
am trying to configure the repository to go the my FTP server at the home office. The home office is running Cerberus FTP server. From the remote server i can log into FTP from the command line and use WinSCP to login using sftp with no problem. When i try going through the repository page it just hangs. I have tried the passiv option as well. Is seems to hang at the LIST -a command. Here is the cerberus log below.
Any settings that I am missing?

Thanks for any help.

Please tell me how your question is related to Plesk for Windows?

I was in the plesk software for windows trying to backup the customers website using the FTP repository options. I will contact the customer and get more information on the product. On the same server that Plesk is running I can connect to the FTP server using command line and WinSCP. I just cannot connect from the Plesk FTP repository screen.

Logging into plesk control panel version 12.0.18 Update #50 and then going to subscriptions, selecting a subscription that is a wordpress site using mysql and opening the control panel. Once in the control panel, selecting backup manager and trying to configure Personal FTP Repository Settings. we are entering the IP address of our FTP Server, directory for storage, username & password. We've tried with &without passive and with & without FTPS (ftps preferred method) but in all cases we eventually end up with the following error...."Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: FTP: couldn't retrieve (RETR failed) the specified file" what file is the the personal ftp repository configuration trying to retrieve?

Are there other specifics you can shed some light on such as what port the FTPS option is connecting on? It appears as if it is 21.

What else should we be looking for to successfully configure the personal FTP repository option?

My issue is that installing Wordpress into a domain, the needed log in files are not found. I checked in the domain files and noted that the log in file is not in that directory. There isn't documentation in the Guide about WP. Has anyone else had this problem?
