My goodness! Easiest thing ever! Thanks so much :) Fixed my time problem and gave me more PHP! Plesk is still showing the timezone problem in settings though (I guess it's running off PHP 5.3 still); is there a way I can change that?

http://kb.sp.parallels.com/en/118378 was the guide I was using which failed and screwed up my timezone; I don't know of the Atomic solution :)

I'm only on CentOS 5.5 so I can't go any higher than 5.3 with Plesk.
