If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Within the control panel for the user when you click on FP Admin is prompts for a username and password however the clients details do not work.
the admin account for Plesk doesn't even work.
Only the Windows Administrator account will allow access and even so, once inside, while...
Same issue here:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<execution-result status="warnings">
<object name="backup" type="backupowner">
<message code="InformationalException" severity="warning">Could no backup template item 'cp_access' with value 'true' from templateId '3'</message>...
I've seen that KB article, but why would manual FTP backups work with warnings, but scheduled FTP backups fail?
Wouldn't both processes use the same services?
thank you... So every automated backup fails with:
Curl error: failed FTP upload (the STOR command)
regardless of passive or not... the user CAN upload/write as manual backups work fine
Where about's can I find the logs for scheduled backups to a personal FTP repo?
No matter what we do, these ALWAYS fail, but, seemingly, always create a TON of stuff ON THE SERVER.
There's no apparent way to access the logs... Clicking on the task throws "Error: Unknown object type "...
I've been digging further...
-there's no lockout table like in versions past
-all the users trying to login have the 'owner' role
-all the users trying to login are active
Again, I've reset passwords and tried multiple browsers... no one but admin can login... what zee heck?
I have quadruple checked the usernames and passwords for my users however NO ONE except admin can log into the control panel under https://<hostname>:8443
am I missing something?
Ihave three levels of service plans wth varying resources
These are provisioned with the Plesk10 module in WHMCS.
That said, inside my service plans, I see no option/place/setting to define a shared IP or a dedicated IP
I've got my hosting plans all created and ready to go... What I'm not finding is where I can define what packages automatically get a dedicated IP address and what packages must use a shared IP
I am not using the billing manager add-on as we are provisioning and billing through WHMCS
Im running a fresh install of 10.1.1 and cold fusion 9 trial mode (wanna make sure its working before I drop 1300 bucks)
I'm trying to add a dsn for a domain and when I point to the MDB plesk says:
Error: Access denied: C:/Inetpub/vhosts/thedomain.com/httpdocs/data
Values are:
