    Just to clarify: the server in question is an Almalinux 9 LXC with latest Plesk , migrated from Almalinux 8 LXC latest Plesk. In Almalinux 8 the catchall settings is there, at the domain. In 9 is not there anymore

    So it seem the issue is related to how Plesk license procedure works. Almalinux 9 does not have anymore "openssl-legacy " As I encountered a similar issue with npm and the solution was to run export NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider
