Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.

It will be also visible in the PHP info file if you create one
If it is not available by the OS, then you would need to install it manually:

Seems you have custom repos that are broken
Googling "NO_PUBKEY E88979FB9B30ACF2" gives this as a possible solution:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1503793/apt-update-failure-no-pubkey-e88979fb9b30acf2
You will need to either install the key or remove that custom repo if not needed...

if it does not help, you can FTP upload it to the webspace and then select to restore from there
Plesk is aware that the catalog is outdated. Maintaining APS packages requires a great effort. It is resource-intensive. The APS technology itself is outdated. Plesk is currently in the process of replacing the old catalog system with a new extension. For the time being, please take a look at...
You can also use OpenVPN client manually:

Keep in mind that this was not tested with Plesk
The error comes as the Toolkit does more checks than WP itself before updates, in this case you have plugins using classes that already exist/used.
I would recommend checking the wp-rollback plugin (from the error)
Hello,
Please check:

If it does not help please provide more information, like where does the error appear or what action triggers it, to find a more fitting solution.
Like with Browsers, etc. extensions/add-ons are often also provided by 3rd parties:
Let's see if any other LiteSpeed users have a jail to share, or you would need to contact the LiteSpeed team
LiteSpeed is a 3rd party web server that is not supported by Plesk, but by LiteSpeed itself.
Seems that they don't offer a template for a jail, from what I can find here:
https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/threads/install-and-configure-fail2ban-in-plesk.16564/
Maybe other members that...
Tech domains are for testing proposes, and to help with initial build of sites, etc. they are not intended to be used productively, so cannot be transferred between servers. Due to this as Peter already said you will need to move it to a new Tech Domain, or to your own domain.
The same workaround should work using the CLI version over the API:
https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/cli-linux/using-command-line-utilities/database-databases.75671/
Updated the issue internally with the information that Database creation is also affected.
