I didn't touch the named.conf but I changed the DNS settings through the control panel, a little more tedious but I wasn't sure that the control panel would read the manual changes in the named.conf file right.... Problem solved for me! Thanks.

Ok so I finally figured it out. I did end up using migration manager to transfer the systems however the backups work as well. The advantage of using migration manager is that it switches the IP for you during the migration. Where I ran into problems was the DNS which apparently doesn't...

Im pretty sure I am having the same issue. I can restore the data but I can't make any requests regarding HTTP. All the DNS seems to be out of wack. Wish someone could help....
