That's a possibility. We had a consultant do the initial database configuration and Plesk install/setup as we are migrating from an OLD IIS5 server running no Control Panel. Not sure if he changed passwords since the initial install or not. Will check. Thanks for the idea! Rod

Thanks for the update. Changing back to <ip> isn't an option here, as that would switch the A record IP to the Private IP of the server. Hopefully they have a real fix.

Tried this method and all it did was abort my current session and lock me out of the admin screen as soon as I created the new shared IP. I still cannot get to the server remotely, only directly from the host machine. I think it buggered up my certificate assignments but am not sure as that...
