Thanks for the update. Oh! almost forgot to disable mail service for the subdomain, thanks again! It's working perfectly, still waiting for dns to propagate. The only problem was all dns hosts were lost, so it took a time to recreate all dns entries. Regards ;-)

I'm having the same problem here. Link http://kb.parallels.com/en/113022 is named "Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.4 MU#14" but only shows links for version 10 And the list of plesk 9 microupdates is not showing version #14...

Hi all, I'm a little bit worried about this. I've discovered three mysql users created at mysql with names like bug115166_XXXXX (where X are digits) This is a simple plesk9 installation over a redhat machine. Is this something about psa updates? is there a bug? is it a hack?

Same proble here with a clean install of plesk 10.3. Bug still unresolved for more than 7 months, why? If so many of us are having the same issue, for sure is a bug!

Thanks for answering, EugeneL Even if there are problems with sso, there seems to be some kind of bug in that php code I showed, as it's clear it cannot find a specific php function called ssoLog(). That's why I think it's not a sso config problem but a plesk code bug. BTW, I can perfectly...

One more bug... I never got this fixed, as it only happened for just one specific domain. I updated database directly and downloaded a copy of directadmin :-)

Sure! that page is in my bookmarks. But see what happened: I have that sso.crash.log, with sensible information, but don't know what to look for. Now SSO is completelly failed :-(

Not a HW problem (I think) because it doesn't happen with anther domain in the same server. Strange. Any other clue?
