I don't know how good your german is but I wrote an article how to secure mail server for each domain Plesk Onyx und der Mailserver
In case of postfix you need an IP per Domain to secure them with the correct certificate.
A solution could be if the hosting account has an dedicated IP adress, the domain's certificate for the mail server could be used. For shared IP adresses it would use the servers standard certificate.
I depleoyed the update to my servers and it ran through without any errors.
- The DKIM problem for maillinglists is not resovled yet

You could be right but till now the backup function was the only one which didn't work.
log4cpp was the corrupt one. I don't know why it wasn't updated by ubuntu or plesk installer.

Correct these packages weren't updated. I manually updated these package (without the plesk-wp-cli; can't find the deb file).

i recently dist-upgraded from ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04.
Unfortunately I cannot open the Backup Manager anymore and my daily backup tasks fail.
I found in the pmmcli.log that there is an issue with pmm-ras tool:
/opt/psa/admin/bin/pmm-ras: symbol lookup error...
