Issue Plesk IMAP Folders

Hello guys,

i recently got a problem with plesk and dovecot.
I don't change any settings. I added Domains and created mail adresses.
If I wan't to use these with mail clients like Outlook (for Android) there is only the
INBOX and SPAM folder - no others. Always tried to subscribe the IMAP folders but there are no found.

Is it a Outlook related problem? (Never had any...)


And the other question...

What IMAP IP i exactly have to use?
The hostname of the server or the imap.customdomain.com and so on wich is already given.

Try changing the 'real/root folder path' to 'Inbox' for Outlook.

I already tried this but it don't seems to work. Still geht only INBOX and Spam. Can't subscribe folders..

Yes, I restarted and I also created a new account and logged in.
On Thunderbird and [email protected] it works great but why it don't work on Outlook (Android).
All my other mails (I used on Outlook) from other conditions works great. It's confusing...
