I'm getting this error but I can only find reference to this on an earlier version of Plesk

10.2 Plesk backups: Version string portion was too short or too long.
We never heard about this issue on Plesk 10.x It was actual only for 9.x versions.
It should be investigated directly on your server, therefore I suggest you contact Parallels support team. If it is really bug but not some misconfiguration - you will be refunded for incident.

Ah, yes, after investigation I found that this error was coming from our only 9.5 server.

Hi Igor,
I'm still getting errors but not that one anymore. I'm waiting to patch and reboot the machine to make sure that the problem has gone away.
