  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Go to locked subscription
Click unlock and sync
Information: Properties of the subscription domain.nl were set to correspond with the actual system state, they are still unsynced with the plan Familie.

ACTUAL RESULT
Nothing happens, subscription stays locked

EXPECTED RESULT
subscription should be unlocked

Saving a non changed service plan gives:

Information: Service plan Familie was updated. All associated subscriptions were updated, except for the customized subscriptions, which are locked for syncing.

/usr/local/psa/tmp/util_exec.log does not have any reference to the locked subscription although it has the Familie service plan. All other subscriptions are mentioned. No errors found.

Clicking update & sync on the locked subscription it says:

Information: Properties of the subscription subscriptionname.nl were set to correspond with the actual system state, they are still unsynced with the plan Familie.

No entries added in the log file. Subscription stays locked.
 
We have already bugreport regarding this problem. I have updated bug with your case. I hope it will be fixed soon.
