• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.66
Hello,

We are encountering the following error:
(104)Connection reset by peer: AH01075: Error dispatching request to:

From what I’ve read in another forum, this issue seems to be related to Imagick.

However, this extension is critical for my project, and I cannot proceed without it.

Could you please let me know when this issue is expected to be resolved?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello, @erricov . That error is not necessarily related to Imagick, it could be triggered by resource limits, configuration issues, etc. However, if your assumption is correct, disabling the Imagick module will solve it. If the issues still persists, please check the PHP error log for additional information.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any ETA at the moment. A fix will be introduced in one of the upcoming releases. The bug is identified with ID PPPM-14763. You may observe the change log here.

Is it possible to downgrade Plesk in the meantime?
Or would it be possible to intervene on the operating system?

Unfortunately, there is no straightforward process to downgrade Plesk. One of the options is to restore a full server snapshot, if such is available. The other option is to deploy a brand new server with the desired Plesk and OS versions and to migrate your data manually.

Hi there I have the same error here sometimes too.
(104)Connection reset by peer: AH01075: Error dispatching request to : , referer: Google
What does this part mean? Error dispatching request to : , referer: Google
Thanks in advance

The error is too generic to be able to point out the exact reason causing the issue. It could be due to the Imagick extension, timeout limits, resource limits, etc. What I can suggest is to check the PHP handler log (e.g. /var/log/plesk-php56-fpm/error.log ) and try obtaining more information.
