• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

11.5.3: Confusing Ressource limit Notifications on UNLIMITED subscription plans

azurro

New Pleskian
Since upgrading to 11.5.3 i'm receiving notifications on exceeded ressource limits, though the corresponding subscription plans are in fact unlimited.

The 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.at' domain, owned by user account 'xxxxxxxxxxxx', is approaching or already exceeded the limits:
Speicherplatz: Unbegrenzt / 15.1 GB verwendet / Unbegrenzt

The 'xxxxxxxxxxx.at' domain, owned by user account 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxx', is approaching or already exceeded the limits:
Speicherplatz: Unbegrenzt / 24.7 GB verwendet / Unbegrenzt

As you see, the unlimited ("unbegrenzt") status is properly saved and detected, but the confusing warning is sent to the client anyway,
I'd like to correct this, without disabling notifications at all.

More Info: The base subscription plan for these domains has some - lower - limits set, unlimited ressources are added by an add-on plan.

Regards
Thomas
