1722 error when trying to upgrade to Plesk8.2

At the end of the 8.2 installation I get a 1722 Error "There is a problem with this installation package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I tried everything here:

The files they said to remove the read only did not have the read only attribute checked.

It is really difficult to say exactly what can be the cause of the problem.
See Event Log to localize error and get more detailed information about failed installation.
