  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello everybody,
my Plesk web-server (version 18.0.52 Update #3) with OS AlmaLinux 8.7 , suddenly show 189 packages updates. Is it normal ?
Can i safe upgrade them all ?

Almalinux 8.8 was released yesterday, which is a significant update.
I would wait a few weeks to be on the safe side with updating the server.

Inside of these packets, i see "almalinux-release 8.7-3.el8 (baseos)" will Update to "8.8-1.el8 (baseos)"

Some of the updates in the attached image....

That's the release file of the upgrade from AlmaLinux 8.7 to AlmaLinux 8.8.

It sets the current release version in this file:
Code:
# cat /etc/almalinux-release
AlmaLinux release 8.7 (Stone Smilodon)
