I have sorted the first problem with downloading backup, just splited them into few smaller.

But what about other problem - 404 page on the second picture??

Hi AdamSa12,

to locate the different php.ini's on your server, you can always use the command "locate php.ini". This will list all your php.ini's on your server.
The Plesk-Control-Panel-related php.ini is located at "/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini".

You have as well a file called "panel.ini.sample", where you can switch on debug mode and other stuff. Just copy the file to "panel.ini" and modify the settings in this copied file to your needs and you will get a more detailed log.

Thx UFHH01, but your solution can fix the first problem - first picture, but how can I fix the second problem - picture number 2.

What about the others? do you have the same problem while using Plesk 12.0.18?

Hi AdamSa12,

to further investigate your issues, please provide log - entries from the depending error - logs ( with debug mode - level setting for a more detailled log?!? ).

As well, you could always try to use the command

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

... which can solve quite a lot of issues. You will get a detailled log for every repair procedure ( location of the log will be at "/var/log/plesk/install/" ).

... and no....I don't have such issues with Plesk 12.0.18.

Thank you, I have done the bootstrapper.sh and I received this: (is this OK?)

My second server got the same problem like the primary one, just noticed. I have this problem for all new websites, added by me. The main website on the Plesk is working fine... which is eg.: ks331909.kimsufi.com

plesk2.jpg

These weblink have different weblinks....

any way it is still not working... but indeed in the /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log some errors:

Hi AdamSa12,

as you can see in your first screenshot, you didn't start the bootstrapper at all, because the string "repair" is missing in your command.

UFHH01 you are right... but not exaclly :p, the first command was what I put:

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

and I got the output what we can see on the screenshot, so after this I put: /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh and simillar stuff.

Indeed /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair gave me this what I can see on the screenshot... so something went wrong?? and this is something what I shouln't see?

IMPORTANT: Can I lose any data from my server? Is this command safe? What exaclly this command do? I cannot loose any data ;/

Hi AdamSa12,

no... you will never loose any data, when using the bootstrapper repair. It just fixes some possible misconfigurations.

Please make sure, that if you "copy & paste" for the command, that no unvisible strings or spaces are used. If you experience still the same output, when you use the full command, please TYPE it by hand, to be sure, that "copy & paste" isn't the cause.

After hard restart and some messing about this bootstrapper is working, but it didn't fix my problem...

1. Being honest I think it is a bug on the Plesk, because the main domain is working fine, any others added later not working...
2. During using Active list all weblinks are working fine,
3. Weblinks not working only using Classic List

UFHH01 when you mouse over here:
ccc.jpg

can you see either:

https://xxxxx.com:8443/smb/web/file-manager/dir//httpdocs
or
https://xxxxx.com:8443/account/switch/id/2?hideNotice=1&returnUrl=/web/file-manager/dir/%2Fhttpdocs

any other advise?

Thanks UFHH01 for advise, but there is a problem with it as well, I have a Plesk Licence, because I use OVH servers, but the licence key what i typed in Plesk support is not valid - the website is saing ;( how comes?

Is possible to recover the licence key from my licence.key

The file starting:

Hi AdamSa12,

please have a look at the informations for support tickets:
For Server Owners
Do you use Plesk software to help you manage your server?

If you purchased your Plesk license from a server provider, we recommend contacting them first for support.

To continue with opening a ticket with Parallels, click here.
Please be so kind to read the statement from @Kate T ( forum - link is in my former post ) to be sure to understand the difference between both mentioned bug - report processes.

Thank you for answer, I have done it many times, they said, they cannot do anything because it's not them product...

it's a vicious circle... I know I can send the bug report... but I would like to open a ticket anyway... My plesk has a licence key, so I would like to know it...

Hi AdamSa12,

feel free to purchase a support ticket and please use the link "http://odin.com/hcap/support/buy-support/" ( you have to choose "Incident Support" according to the selected Parallels product and will be redirected to the Parallels Online Store, once selected ). Please don't forget to read the additional infomations at the buy-support - page, which are at the bottom ( for example as well the informations "Incident Deducting Policy" ).

Hi again AdamSa12,

Hi AdamSa12,

if you think that this might be a bug, you could report this at: "http://odin.com/support/plesk/bugreport/"
...

The difference between the two options are described by @Kate T at: http://talk.plesk.com/threads/reporting-bugs.328492/#post-767903

you might have overread my previous post, or don't want to read the additional informations form @Kate T ( forum link ), nor did you seem to read the "Incident Deducting Policy". If your "bug-report" is a confirmed bug, you will get a refund for your support-ticket-payment, but if the bug is not a bug, than Parallels will get payed for the support, they provide to you, like any other personel support as well.

On the other hand, you might send a bug - report to Parallels ( like I suggested as well with the above link ), without any support, which is absolutely free of charge.
