500 error after upgrading from 9.2.3 to 10.0.1

I just upgraded from 9.2.3 to 10.0.1 on a Centos5 and the upgrade fails, and I cannot access the plesk control panel (I get 500 internal server error)

Hi,

I don't have those packages (sendmail-doc sendmail-cf) installed and I'm Centos 5.4 and my Plesk install is pretty useless as this point since I can't access it.

How do I recover from this? coz when I run ./autoinstaller it says there is nothing new to update and exists since it thinks I'm already at 10.0.1.

please please help.
